Returns, Cancellations and Damaged Orders


1) Email us at ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to so we can keep an eye out for it.

3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

If you wish to cancel your order please email and briefly explain. If your product has already shipped you will have to go through our return policy and send back an unopened product. If you have found our products cheaper elsewhere please email and show us the proof, we will refund the difference. 

Damaged Orders

Please email the order number and photos of the damaged product, we will send a replacement out, within 2 business days.
